Hundreds of people, including nearly 300 foreign tourists, are missing after devastating floods swept through northern Nepal and across the border in Tibet, China. In Nepal entire villages as well as roads, bridges and power stations have been swept away. At least 31 people have been confirmed dead in Nepal, while the Chinese authorities in Tibet are reporting major casualties there too.
